Lootfeed is a FinTech platform aimed to get gamers saving money. We are aiming this to be the greatest thing for gamers since Plumbers stepped on Goombas. This is a contract position that could lead to an equity growth role as our CTO.

Job Description: 
Our quest is to find someone to work with and lead our small yet resourceful development team.
We prefer someone who lives within the United States, preferably within the NY / NJ / PA area, so we can work together from time to time when the quarantining is over.
We are looking for a full-stack developer who can lead the product development and enhancement of our minimum viable product (MVP). Be able to construct and maintain any technological infrastructure needed for Lootfeed. An ideal candidate will be our first technology go-to expert and provide technical support in all aspects of our business. Anyone with a background in FinTech, application development, and related fields are invited to reach out. There is currently a working alpha but needs refinement to prepare for launch.

Requirements:
Preferred experience working with both mobile and desktop platforms.
Hands-on experience building and launching applications.
Comfortable working with a remote team with developers at different locations.
A Scrum Master knowledgeable too with Peer code reviews and QA Testing
Exemplary technical problem-solving skills
Experience and/or a strong interest in developing great user experiences are required.
Open to working remotely
BONUS
Machine Learning is a plus.
Likes to build some stuff on the Blockchain.
Defi guru knowledge is a big plus.
Has an understanding of iOS and Android development.
Has a love and understanding for all kinds of video games.

Lootfeed is a financial application that helps gamers save money while playing video games. Lootfeed enables gamers to save money for every hour while they play on their steam account. With Lootfeed, a gamer needs to connect their bank and Steam account, then set up savings between 25 cents to $2 for every gameplay hour. We help millennials save through their favorite pastime.

Job Description: 

Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We’re looking for a social media manager to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Requirements:

  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Buffer) to monitor social media conversations. You will be our ear to the ground to route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations.
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
